As I Make Love to It, a Poem by Tamikio L. Dooley

As I make love to it,
It teems beneath my skin.
I can feel the dampness of the skin.
Shaping within me,
As I make love to it,

I congregate on top of the body,
It senses the moisture above it.
Shaping within it,
As I make love to it.

As I make love to it,
Ah, yes…
The damp flesh molding,
Intertwined with mine,
We inhale deeply the sweet scent of love.

The scent of damp skin,
When we’ve laid in wait,
For the sun to rise,
As the sun rises, our wetness glistens.
As… I make love to it.
