Solid Joy, a Poem by Valentina Ciurleo

Champions of the truth
an achievable goal
as far as possible.
I have been inspecting roots
for a long time
in the long earth
seeds can speak.
I am just the same
despite the years,
despite the time
A digging life,
in the difficult demand
in the lost dream.
I keep on being fruit
a solid joy
is nearby.
